Stage 1 of this industrial subdivision was completed in October 2022.  The estate is located in Bakers Creek, Mackay and consists of nine industrial lots ranging in size from 2,840m2 to 13,368m2.

The project involved clearing of a previously rural site; bulk earthworks filling; stormwater system construction; electrical and communication infrastructure construction; a new intersection; upgrades to existing intersections; drainage channels; and a detention basin.
