The construction of Explorer Estate Stage 5A, a Residential Subdivision complete from greenfield to residential market.
The work under this contract included all the necessary associated civil works for the completion of the residential development.
The scope of work included:
- Clearing and Grubbing
- Earthworks – Cut to fill and Importation from the Wallman’s Road Construction
- Construction of Stormwater management Erosion Controls;
- Sewerage and Water Reticulation;
- Stormwater Drainage;
- Roadworks, Linemarking and Signage;
- Maintenance of the site for a period of 12 months
