Don is a founding Director of Seaforth Civil with over 30 years’ experience. Don is regarded as an expert operator and productivity champion. He is a crucial part of our project delivery team appointed to identify opportunities to maximise project performance, specifically through the efficient use and optimisation of our assets and our people.

Bob Smith is a founding Director of Seaforth Civil. As an executive Director of the company, Bob provides Seaforth Civil with extensive experience in the construction and heavy structural engineering industries together with a progressive management attitude to the growth and financial security of the company.
General Manager – BE Civil
Chris Davies is the General Manager of Seaforth Civil, with extensive knowledge and experience in successfully delivering infrastructure and mining projects over the past 20 years for a range of Clients. Chris’s strong client focus, professional approach and contractual rigor ensures strong client relationships.
Dick has 24 years Civil Construction and Project Management experience across the Civil Construction and Mining industries working for Government, private and public companies throughout Queensland. Dick has extensive experience in concrete construction, earthmoving and plant operations and the planning and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
Michael has been involved in Civil Construction for over 30 years. Michael has an extensive field background, which along with his passion for the industry, has provided a great platform to develop an expansive range of Construction Management skills. Michael’s key role is the management of the tendering process ensuring our offering is adequately aligned with the needs of our clients.

Alan has been involved in civil works, consulting and construction for over 30 years with roles at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, various Local Government authorities and Engineering Consultants. Alan’s key focus is with the bid team.
